Chocolate truffle cake

Ingredients 

 100 gms corn flakes
100 gms melted dark chocolate for toppings
250 gms lightly sweetened whipped cream 
200 gms melted dark chocolate...

Method


Place cornflakes in the oven for 2 minutes. Let them cool down. Mix with melted chocolate spread this to form a base in the four individuals feed desert bowls. 
Let it cool and harden. Now melt the chocolate for the topping. 
When it is cooled but still liquid, fold in the whipped cream with a plastic spatula. Top the bases with this and freeze. 
It's ready to serve. 







Mutton Rolls



Ingredients:-  




Potatoes 500 gms 
Minced meat 150 gms 
Onions 60 gms 
Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp
Red chili powder 1/4 tsp
Salt according to taste
Fat for mixing 15 gms 
Oil for frying 150 gms 
1 egg 
100 gms bread crumbs
Dry red chilies few.




Method 




 Boil and mash the potatoes and mixed fat and seasoning. Chop onion and green chilies.
Heat oil and sauté onions, add green chilies and minced meat, Garam masala, red chili powder and salt according to taste. 
        Fry the minced meat until it tender and dried. Divide potatoes and minced meat. Mixture into equal number of balls. Flatten potato mixture on the palm place minced meat mixture in the center and roll lightly into oval or round in shape. Dip into beaten egg roll into bread crumbs and deep fry into hot oil till golden brown on all sides. 

Serve hot with Sauce. 🙂
